This policy explains what information JATSport ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use jatsport.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or any financial account details.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating JATSport.

These services process data only as needed for their stated purpose and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Cookies & Local Storage
JATSport uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your saved picks, bankroll settings, and session tokens on your device. This data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly use a feature that syncs it.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
Data Retention
Your account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your email and authentication data are removed from AWS Cognito within 30 days.
Your picks and bankroll data stored in localStorage are controlled entirely by you — clearing your browser data removes them instantly.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format

Children's Privacy
JATSport is not directed at children under 18. Sports betting analytics is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of JATSport after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
