By accessing or using JATSport ("the Service") at jatsport.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use JATSport. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring that sports betting analytics tools are legal in your jurisdiction before using this Service. JATSport makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or lawful in all locations.
What JATSport Is (and Isn't)
The Service provides:
- Live odds aggregated from sportsbooks via The Odds API
- Statistical analysis including devigged probabilities and expected value calculations
- Tools to help you track and manage your own betting activity
The Service does not:
- Guarantee any bet will win
- Provide personalized financial or gambling advice
- Place bets on your behalf
- Guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of odds data
Responsible Gambling
Sports betting carries significant financial risk. Even positive expected value bets lose frequently in the short run. JATSport's tools are designed to improve decision-making over a large sample — they are not a guaranteed path to profit.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in any activity that harms other users or the platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from JATSport for commercial purposes without written permission
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at scale
- Share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and algorithms on JATSport are owned by JATSport and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the Service without our written permission.
Odds data is sourced from The Odds API and sportsbooks — ownership of that data remains with the respective sources.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Odds data will be accurate, complete, or current at all times
- Edge calculations will result in profitable outcomes
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Your use of the Service and any decisions you make based on it are entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JATSport and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to gambling losses — arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us anything).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
